1. Who we are

Manapparai Info is a free guide to Manapparai town in Tiruchirappalli district, Tamil Nadu. It is run by Rehan Mobile Apps ("we", "us"). You can reach us at manapparai.com@gmail.com.

The site is not connected to the Government of Tamil Nadu, Manapparai Municipality or any business listed here, unless a page clearly says so.

2. Using the site

You can use the site for free and without an account. Please use it fairly:

• Use it only for lawful personal or business purposes.
• Do not copy the directory in bulk, scrape it, or put heavy automated load on the site.
• Do not try to break or get around our security, our rate limits or the "verify you are human" check.
• Do not vote or report again and again, or use tools or other people, to push a listing up or down.
• Do not use phone numbers or addresses from the site for spam, bulk calls or messages, or to harass anyone.

3. Listings are for information only

We put the listings together and keep them up to date with corrections from people in the town, and we check what we can. Even so, details change, and some may be old or wrong. A listing is not an endorsement or recommendation of any business, service or person, and not a guarantee of its quality.

Always confirm phone numbers, timings, prices and addresses with the business before you rely on them. Each place page shows when its details were last checked. See the Disclaimer and our Content & listing policy.

4. What you send us

You can send us a new place, a correction, feedback or an advertising enquiry. When you do:

• You confirm that what you send is true to the best of your knowledge, and that you are allowed to share it.
• You give us free, permanent, worldwide permission to check, edit, translate, publish and keep what you send as part of the directory. You keep any rights you already had in it.
• You are responsible for what you send. Do not send another person's private details, such as a personal mobile number, without their permission.
• A person reviews every submission before anything is published. We may edit, shorten or reject it.

5. What you must not send

Do not send or post anything that:

• belongs to someone else and you have no right to share;
• is obscene, pornographic, harmful to children, or invades someone's privacy, including bodily privacy;
• insults or harasses anyone because of their gender, is racially or ethnically offensive, or promotes enmity between religions or castes;
• is false or misleading, including fake listings, or pretends to be another person or business;
• infringes a copyright, trademark or other right;
• threatens the unity, integrity, security or sovereignty of India or public order, or encourages a crime;
• contains a virus or other harmful code, or promotes gambling or online games that the law does not allow;
• breaks any other law in force in India.

This list follows rule 3(1)(b) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.

6. Reports and moderation

Anyone can mark a listing as correct, or report it as fake, outdated, closed or something else. Reports go to a review queue, and nothing changes on the site until a person has checked them.

If something breaks these terms, we may remove or change it, refuse further submissions from the same source, and ignore votes or reports that look automated or abusive.

If content breaks the law, the person responsible may face penalties under the Information Technology Act, 2000 or other laws. Where the law requires an offence to be reported, we will report it to the proper authority.

7. Advertising and sponsored listings

Paid placements are always labelled Sponsored, and ad spaces are labelled Advertisement. Paying does not change how we check a listing, and it does not buy good votes or remove reports.

Advertisers are responsible for their own content and offers. We may refuse or remove any advertisement. When Google AdSense ads are switched on, Google chooses which ads to show; see the Privacy Policy.

8. Links and content from other sites

The site links to, and shows content from, other services: Google Maps on place pages, YouTube and Instagram in News, headlines that link to their publishers, and government websites. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

Headlines, pictures and videos belong to their publishers. We show a headline, the source and date, sometimes a short summary, and a link to the original; we do not copy full articles. If you own something shown here and want it removed, write to us.

9. Our content and other people's data

The design, text and code of this site belong to Rehan Mobile Apps. You may share links and quote short parts with credit. Please ask before copying more.

Some directory data comes from OpenStreetMap, © OpenStreetMap contributors, and is available under the Open Database License (ODbL); see openstreetmap.org/copyright. Place pages link to the source of their details where we have one.

Text on our Wiki page comes from Wikipedia under the CC BY-SA 4.0 licence. Business names and logos belong to their owners.

10. Our responsibility

We run this site with care, but we provide it "as is", without any promise that it will always be available, complete or correct.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the site or relying on its information, for example a wrong phone number, timing or address, or a business that has closed. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under Indian law that cannot be excluded.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are published in English and Tamil. If the two versions differ, the English version applies.

12. Governing law and courts
